Hands-on technical product manager for AI and platform products. I take work from PRD to production: this past year, an industrial distributor's e-commerce, EDI and ERP-integration platform, a consumer AI coaching app on the App Store, and an agent platform with a built-in evaluation loop. I write the specs, roadmaps and executive decks, then commit the code, open the pull requests and run the launch-readiness review. I work daily in AI agent harnesses (Claude Code, MCP servers, sub-agent pipelines) and design the rubrics and negative controls that show whether AI-produced work is actually correct. Available for contract and consulting engagements.
Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets with formulas and pivots), Jira, ClickUp, Figma, Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel

E-commerce. Built and launched the e-commerce platform: headless storefront on a ~60,000-SKU catalogue with Stripe checkout and B2B/B2C registration; live and generating revenue through a major B2B marketplace, with a Google Merchant Center feed publishing live.
Quote automation (ReforQ). RFQ-to-quote pipeline: AI classification and extraction of inbound quote-request emails, brand routing, price fan-out across 19+ supplier integrations with self-healing authentication, per-line margin rules, and priced draft replies created in the buyer's inbox for human approval, with a full audit trail per run.
Purchasing automation. Built an emulator- and API-driven purchasing cycle (CAP, requisition, purge) that keys 47 vendors against the production ERP with a per-line audit trail; the first production cycle passed 16 of 16 checks with 16 of 16 negative controls. Journal analysis showed 97.6% of suggested lines kept their quantity.
ERP integration and EDI. API insert layer over the AS/400 ERP (customer, customer PO, RGA, vendor, rebates, AP/AR headers) validated end to end in a full test environment; live EDI service exchanging 850/855/856/810 with a major marketplace partner, designed as a multi-partner platform with envelope-level isolation.
Capital avoided. Built in-house what an outside vendor quoted at $500K, and avoided a ~$100K data-contract spend.
Platform services. Also built and deployed: a multi-tenant RAG service (pgvector, Voyage embeddings) with catalogue search over 93k parts and an RFQ-resolution mode; a role-based job-tracking dashboard for the rework shop; and a warehouse scanner for pick, receive and cycle count.
Roadmap and data. Authored the 3-year technology roadmap (v1.0, Nov 2025) after a six-month assessment; designed a full 515-table second copy of the ERP database in Postgres through contrarian and independent review; ran supplier onboarding as a repeatable flow (largest file 77,764 rows).
In progress. Order-entry automation (mechanism mapped, in build) and accounting automation targeted for year end, with the accounting functions documented for AI-agent training.
Founder & Product Engineer · Arnold Training App (web, iOS)
2026 – present · arnoldtrainingapp.com
Zero to App Store submission: 1,600+ commits in five months; Capacitor shell around a Flask/Postgres app on Fly.io.
Worked the App Store review cycle through multiple rejections to a compliant build with Apple in-app purchase on iOS and Stripe on the web; root-caused a month-long Sign in with Apple failure to a stale App ID registration.
Built the retrieval layer over each user's workout history (extraction, embeddings, graph RAG, BM25) that grounds the coach's answers.
Shipped a trainer portal with commission accounting (20% of net, 14-day hold) and a referral program paid through Stripe Connect.
Diagnosed iOS voice drops from session telemetry (audio interruptions silently skipping speech chunks) and shipped hold-and-resume playback.

Feb 2026 – present · macOS automation platform for AI agents
Product and architecture owner for an MCP server exposing hundreds of tools (screen, accessibility tree, browser, files, shell); 5,000+ commits.
Designed the agent-evaluation loop: runs are audited, failures become gap reports, a promoter proposes changes, a committee with a devil's advocate reviews them, and a governor applies only what doctrine allows.
Set the review standard used across my projects: every check must be shown to fail when it should; diagnosis, plan and diff each pass a refute-first reviewer; verdicts state whether the objective was met.
Volunteer contributor · Industry trade association, Technology Task Force
2026
Designed, built and donated a member discovery survey (guided chat, questionnaire, optional 1-on-1 booking), approved by the task force for member distribution.
Built privacy into the design: a two-store firewall between research answers and booking contacts, free-text redaction, pre-launch test data hidden rather than deleted.
Built an AI customer-chat widget (OpenAI GPT behind a backend proxy) with a guided booking flow that captures name, contact and appointment type, full session logging, and an admin view of conversations and bookings.
Built a CMS (Express, PostgreSQL) with AI content generation, image management and SEO scoring, then moved publishing to an Astro static site on Fly.io.
Planned a DNS-based gradual cutover with a revert snapshot, so the live site was never at risk; ran multi-agent content, image and duplicate-consistency audits.
Technical Product Manager · Project GenAdam
Dec 2024 – Jul 2025
Built a cloud-native microservices MVP (Flask, Docker, GitHub CI/CD, Fly.io) with Google Cloud TTS/STT and ChatGPT voice interaction; ran 2-week sprints in ClickUp.
Built the data-driven roadmap and SaaS feature set; restored Kinesis streaming between AWS and remote IoT devices (RDS/SSL, IAM, backups) to 99% uptime; presented PRDs, specs and MRDs to stakeholders.
Led a 50-person team (3 in DevOps) through a WP-CRM upgrade in 6 months; A/B-tested UI/UX changes that cut bounce rate 15%; AI-assisted keyword optimisation cut acquisition cost 20% while doubling gross revenue in 14 months.
Product Manager & Founder · 360TENX (PropTech)
Oct 2015 – Feb 2020
Led a 24-person SDLC team building a leasing platform that cut the leasing cycle from 2 weeks to 45 minutes; RESTful application on AWS with a private GitLab server; Stripe and Twilio billing and messaging.
